*If a player advances to in the tournament via forfeit, then they will act as the AWAY team in the next round.

(The home team is responsible for creating the head 2 head lobby and inviting opponent to the match)

The WINNING TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUBMITTING THE SCORE TO THE TOURNAMENT ADMIN

Picking Teams

Every player is allowed to pick their preferred CLUB team. Teams can be picked before the start of the game. Players are allowed to use multiple teams throughout the tournament as they please. It is accepted to have the same teams play against each other (e.g. Barcelona). In that case, the ‘away’ player will have to pick the Away Jersey for that team. Disconnection Rules

We highly recommend recording video and/or taking a screenshot of any game disconnection evidence in case of a dispute.

If a game is disconnected, and a tournament official is there to observe, then tournament officials will determine if the game state can be restored to a similar point.

If a game is disconnected, and a tournament official IS NOT there to observe, then the competitors will use their judgment on how to restart the game. If the two competitors cannot agree, then the game should be resumed with an implied score and the remaining time in the match played out.

  • Example: A game disconnects at the 50th minute and the score of the game was 2-1 - the game is to resume in 1st half with the implied score to be 2-1 and the implied half to be the 2nd. The competitors will play until halftime to determine the winner.

The following scoring parameters will determine a winner, in the event of a disconnect, if the competitors cannot agree on a solution.

  • A Competitor has a 7 or greater point lead at any point in the first half.
  • A Competitor has a 5 or greater point lead at the 75-minute

Sportsmanship Details

Unsportsmanlike activities including (but not limited to) trolling, cheating, and bullying will not be tolerated. Participants who cannot follow this rule will be eliminated from registered tournaments (without refund), and banned from upcoming tournaments. Examples of these offenses are:

  • Offsides glitching
  • Repeatedly committing penalties to slow the game down
  • Verbal or written abuse via any communication platform
  • Disconnection glitching

The result of a Competitor’s disconnection from a match depends on whether the disconnection was intentional.  Whether or not a disconnection is deemed intentional or unintentional is in the sole discretion of the tournament officials.
